Pesto

This can be used for a dressing if thinned, or put on vegies, put on sandwiches as a spread ,just  use your imagination.
1& 1/4 cups cashews (soaked at least 30 min.)
2 cloves garlic
1 &1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 cup sprouts (alfalfa or clover)
2 T pine nuts

Mix ingredients in a food processor and add filtered water and blend to desired consistency.
